Ti has been practicing yoga since 2000 and have been teaching yoga since 2013, with more than 500 hours training to become a certified yoga teacher.
In 2012 she begun her journey to become a yoga teacher. This led her to travel to India and she completed her first yoga teacher training during one hot Indian winter and became a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher.
During 2013 she travelled to Ubud, Bali to commence more yoga teacher training and became a 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher through Byron Yoga Centre in Australia.
Her personal yoga practice includes Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Purna and Yin styles of yoga asana.
She's always excited to try different yoga classes and have also enjoyed Acro, Flying Yoga, Kundalini, Restorative and Yoga Nidra classes round–the–world.
Her objective is to teach yoga classes where she can share yoga with others in a fun, inclusive, kind and safe environment.
