HOW LONG ARE THE YOGA CLASSES?

Classes are 60 minutes in duration. 

WHAT DO I BRING?

Water bottle and something warm (jumper, shawl) to put on for Savasana (the final relaxation at the end of the yoga class).

ARE YOGA MATS AND OTHER PROPS PROVIDED?

Yes, yoga mats are provided. But feel free to bring your own if you like.

WHAT IF I’M LATE OR I HAVE TO LEAVE EARLY?

If you are running late please enter the space quietly.

If you need to leave early, please leave as quietly as possible.

WHAT IF I'M NEW TO YOGA AND NOT FLEXIBLE?

Classes are open to all levels. It doesn’t matter if you are flexible or not to attend, there is no being “good” at yoga.

If you let it, yoga will accept you where you are in mind, body and spirit.

 As yoga teachers, we're trained to help you and create a practice everyone can participate in. 

 

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in and don’t have to adjust during yoga practice.

No shoes are worn in yoga classes.

CAN I EAT BEFORE A YOGA CLASS?

Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach.

WHAT TYPES OF YOGA STUDENTS ATTEND THESE YOGA CLASSES?

The Yoga Class believes in creating an inclusive environment to practice yoga in.

There is usually a diverse range of students who regularly attend Yoga classes: from children, to men and women of all ages.

There is usually  a mix of men and women and couples also attend together.
