The Yoga Class believes in creating an inclusive environment to practice yoga in. There are usually a diverse range of students who regularly attend Yoga classes: from children, to men and women of all ages (from teens to sixties). There is usually an even mix of men and women and couples also attend together.
Classes are open to all levels. It doesn’t matter if you are flexible or not to attend, there is no being “good” at yoga. If you let it, yoga will accept you where you are in mind, body and spirit.
I’m trained to help you and create a practice everyone can participate in.
